HVAC, Electricians & Towing in
Huntington
State-licensed HVAC, electrical, and towing businesses serving Huntington and Angelina County, checked against TDLR records.
Every HVAC contractor and electrician holds an active Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) license. Every towing company holds a TDLR tow truck company certificate that is on file with the state today. We checked each license against the business's own website, its Better Business Bureau profile and state records. The listed services are the ones the business itself advertises. In-house licenses (schools, hospitals, property managers) and inactive firms are left out.

Before you hire a contractor in Huntington
- Look up the license yourself. Search the license number shown above for HVAC and electrical contractors in TDLR's license search, and for tow companies in TDLR's towing license search.
- A/C and heating work needs a state license. Under TDLR rules, anyone who installs, repairs or maintains air conditioning, refrigeration or heating systems must be licensed, and every A/C company must employ a licensed contractor at each permanent office.
- So does electrical work. Anyone who performs or offers to perform non-exempt electrical work in Texas must be licensed by TDLR and do that work through a licensed electrical contractor.
- Watch for high-pressure sales. State rules bar A/C contractors from misrepresenting the need for a repair or making false statements to win a job (16 TAC §75.70). Electricians may not give consumers inaccurate or misleading information (16 TAC §73.60). A second quote is a reasonable way to check a big repair.
- Towing is licensed too. Texas requires tow truck companies, tow trucks and tow truck operators to be licensed by TDLR, so the company, the truck and the driver should each turn up in TDLR's license search.
- If something goes wrong, you can file a complaint with TDLR at (800) 803-9202.
