What file formats will I receive?

You'll get vector files (SVG and AI) plus high-res PNGs with transparent backgrounds. These cover everything from printing on letterhead to uploading as your social media profile photo.

I already have a logo but it looks outdated — can you refresh it?

Sometimes a full redesign makes more sense, but yes, a refresh is an option. We can keep elements that are working — like your color palette or initials — and rebuild the rest so it holds up at modern sizes and resolutions.

Can the logo work on both light and dark backgrounds?

We deliver versions for both. Your logo needs to look right on a white tax document and on a dark website header. That's standard.

Why not just use a logo maker online?
