Do I get to give input on the design or do you just send me something?

You give input up front and at every revision round. We're not going to disappear for two weeks and come back with something random. You'll see concepts, pick a direction, and we'll refine from there.

What file types do I get when it's done?

You'll get vector files (SVG, EPS) plus high-res PNGs with transparent backgrounds. That covers web, print, truck wraps, embroidery—basically everything. They're yours to keep and use however you want.

Can you make something that looks good on the side of a work van?

That's one of the main things we design for. A logo that only works on a white background at full size isn't a finished logo. We test everything at small and large scales, on light and dark backgrounds, before we call it done.

I already have a logo but it's rough—can you clean it up instead of starting over?

Sometimes, yeah. If the bones are good and it just needs to be redrawn properly as a vector, that's doable. If the whole concept needs rethinking, a redesign is the better move. We'll be straight with you about which one makes sense.

Why does it take one to two weeks?

Because good design work takes rounds of thinking, sketching, and refining. We could rush something out in two days, but it'd look like it. A week or two gives us room to actually get it right without dragging things out.
