What if I already have a logo but it looks outdated?

We can start fresh or refine what you've got, depending on what makes sense. Sometimes a logo just needs a cleanup—better proportions, a font that doesn't scream 2011. Other times it's better to build something new. We'll figure that out together.

Do I get to give input on the design direction?

Absolutely the whole process runs on your input. You know your shop better than anyone. I'll ask about the feel you're going for, colors you like or hate, and any examples that catch your eye. Then I build from there.

What file types will I receive?

You'll get everything you need—vector files for print and signage, PNGs for web and social media, and variations in color, black-and-white, and reversed versions for dark backgrounds. No coming back later because a printer needs a format you don't have.

How long does the whole process take?

About one to two weeks from our first conversation to final files. That includes time for revisions. If you need something faster for a specific deadline, just say so and we'll figure it out.
