Plumbers, HVAC & Electricians in
Grand Saline
State-licensed plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors serving Grand Saline and Van Zandt County, checked against TSBPE and TDLR records.
Every plumber below works under an active Responsible Master Plumber license from the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE), with insurance on file with the board. Every HVAC contractor and electrician holds an active Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) license. We checked each license against the business's own website, its Better Business Bureau profile and state records. The listed services are the ones the business itself advertises. In-house licenses (schools, hospitals, property managers) and inactive firms are left out.

Before you hire a contractor in Grand Saline
- Look up the license yourself. Search the license number shown above for plumbers in the TSBPE license search (by name, number, city or county), and for HVAC and electrical contractors in TDLR's license search.
- Ask to see the plumber's card. The Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners requires licensed and registered plumbers to carry their license cards with them on the job site.
- A/C and heating work needs a state license. Under TDLR rules, anyone who installs, repairs or maintains air conditioning, refrigeration or heating systems must be licensed, and every A/C company must employ a licensed contractor at each permanent office.
- So does electrical work. Anyone who performs or offers to perform non-exempt electrical work in Texas must be licensed by TDLR and do that work through a licensed electrical contractor.
- Watch for high-pressure sales. State rules bar A/C contractors from misrepresenting the need for a repair or making false statements to win a job (16 TAC §75.70). Electricians may not give consumers inaccurate or misleading information (16 TAC §73.60). A second quote is a reasonable way to check a big repair.
- If something goes wrong, you can file a complaint with the plumbing board at (512) 936-5200 or TDLR at (800) 803-9202.
